SOURCING FORCE TALENTS · BME CONSULTING
Supplier document monitoring. From received evidence to the next review.
Follow-up extends beyond collecting a file. Connect evidence with the provider and assignment, distinguish review from receipt and plan updates under the requirements actually applicable.
TALENTS PRACTICAL GUIDE
Which stages should be organised?
Identify relevant evidence, collect it, review the appropriate validity or authenticity points and prepare updates. For France-related vigilance, use the dedicated guide and official sources. UK and US documents follow their own conditions; a French six-month cadence is not a universal rule. The public checker remains a preparation aid based on declarations.
BME CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Professional services already entrusted to BME.
01 · PREPARING YOUR DECISION
Assign each document to the correct entity.
Start with the entity delivering the service, its structure and establishment country. A trading brand, consultant’s name and legal name do not always describe the same thing. The dossier should connect received evidence with the provider involved in the purchase, a clear reference and an identified contact. Documents should not be reused merely because names look similar.
Add associated assignments and periods. A new order should not be treated as automatically covered by every previous check. For overseas providers, examine evidence relevant to their actual situation, client and work location. A French list must not be copied as a UK or US requirement. Tax forms, insurance and professional evidence have different purposes and may have different update conditions.

02 · PREPARING YOUR DECISION
Retain a record of the review.
An usable process distinguishes receipt from review. Record receipt date, issuing organisation and processing status. For a French vigilance certificate, the official issuer’s verification process is relevant; for other documents, identify the appropriate review route and owner. Connect the check with the service rather than marking a folder complete with no evidence of what was examined.
Define how anomalies are handled: missing evidence, inconsistent identity or a point needing clarification. The dossier owner should know who to contact and where the response is recorded. A list of present files is not a certificate of compliance or of the working model. Actual service conditions and relevant UK or US classification questions require separate review.

03 · PREPARING YOUR DECISION
Prepare renewals and changes.
Keep a view of upcoming dates with provider, document and follow-up owner. Define reminders and how a new version is recorded. An extended service or changed entity may require review; the schedule should remain connected to the assignment. Use the document’s actual requirements rather than a single assumed global validity period.
Vigilegal is integrated with Sourcing Force by API for follow-up of entrusted purchases. Present provider numbers, countries and requirements to review the process. The public site does not access private dossiers. Start with a non-confidential summary, then use the channel indicated for detailed evidence. Renewals support organisation and do not automatically validate a new scope or status.
