SOURCING FORCE TALENTS · BME CONSULTING
Freelancer management systems: connect procurement, delivery and invoices.
A freelancer management system can organise records and tasks. A common supplier relationship organises the commercial purchasing workflow. Compare the responsibilities and services behind each offer before deciding how to manage your selected specialists.
TALENTS PRACTICAL GUIDE
What should your management workflow connect?
Connect each specialist with their assignment, documents, delivery approval and invoice references. Your business selects the professional. BME discusses commercial onboarding and administration for the services entrusted to its supplier relationship.

01 · PREPARE YOUR DECISION
Start with a usable assignment record.
Identify the specialist, their business entity and country, the expected work and the period. Record who approves delivery and which purchase reference the finance team needs. Several assignments can share a supplier workflow while keeping their own scope and validation requirements. This record helps procurement and project managers work from the same information.
Make changes visible as the work progresses. A revised period or additional deliverable should lead to a clear commercial decision rather than an informal assumption. Agree who can confirm the change and which record finance will use. A management system is useful when its records reflect the commitments and decisions made by the parties.

02 · PREPARE YOUR DECISION
Distinguish software features from commercial responsibilities.
Compare what a tool records with what a supplier undertakes. Ask who signs the agreements, follows the applicable documents and organises invoicing. A software feature does not, by itself, determine which entity carries a commercial commitment. Review the offer and the contractual scope alongside the workflow your teams need.
Sourcing Force provides purchasing software. BME supports the commercial and administrative handling of professional services, while Vigilegal is integrated into Sourcing Force through an API for the document workflow. Talents starts with specialists already chosen by the client. It does not recruit candidates or shortlist professionals for the assignment.

03 · PREPARE YOUR DECISION
Keep the detail needed to approve and reconcile invoices.
A consolidated invoice still needs useful assignment references. Prepare the periods, purchase orders and delivery confirmations expected by finance. Describe whether several departments or countries are involved, and identify the people responsible for approval. A common supplier workflow should keep these references accessible rather than making the underlying services harder to understand.
BME’s administrative commission is 3–8% of the service amount, depending on volume and client conditions. There is no minimum or maximum number of assignments. Submit the services and countries for commercial review; international assignments remain subject to applicable EU sanctions and restrictions. The proposal will specify the scope and invoicing arrangements.
