SOURCING FORCE TALENTS · BME CONSULTING

Freelancer administration. A common process for agreements, evidence and invoices.

Administrative support organises the practical processing of independent purchases entrusted to BME: agreements, documents, follow-up and invoicing. You retain your specialists while supplier administration uses a common process.

TALENTS PRACTICAL GUIDE

What does administrative support mean at Talents?

It describes the administrative part of coordinating independent-service purchases. The service is for businesses seeking purchase consolidation and freelancers already selected by a client. The name does not create employment with BME. French portage administratif terminology should therefore be explained in English by the actual tasks rather than equated automatically with UK umbrella employment or US payroll services.

01 · PREPARING YOUR DECISION

Connect each service with its commitments.

Start with expected outputs, timetable and acceptance criteria. Identify the provider, legal structure and countries. The agreement can then be connected with actual delivery and each party’s responsibility. A common supplier process preserves information per assignment even where several purchases are brought together. Work location, client entity and the relevant US state can be important context for local review.

Administrative coordination supports processing without replacing operational decisions. Your team defines the need and accepts completed work; Procurement and Finance contribute order and invoicing requirements. Preparation brings these expectations together before the start so everyone has useful references. Required status or tax assessments remain separate responsibilities to identify rather than assumed consequences of a common invoice.

02 · PREPARING YOUR DECISION

Organise evidence and dates through Vigilegal.

Vigilegal is integrated with Sourcing Force by API for document follow-up of entrusted purchases. Provider information defines relevant evidence, review and updates. Structure, countries and service guide the dossier: a French list does not automatically apply to UK or US engagements. Tax evidence, insurance, professional qualifications and working-status assessments answer different questions.

The public checker is a preparation aid using your declarations. It does not inspect files or query private Vigilegal dossiers. Necessary evidence uses the channel indicated by the team. Keep the initial summary non-confidential and separate from the detailed dossier. Receiving a document is not equivalent to checking its issuer, entity, date or legal relevance.

03 · PREPARING YOUR DECISION

Consolidate invoices without losing assignment detail.

Finance needs to connect values with periods, outputs and approvals. Describe reconciliation references during project preparation. Consolidated invoicing brings entrusted purchases into a common relationship while preserving information needed for internal processing. Confirm currency, expenses and applicable tax information for the actual contracting parties rather than infer them from the English site.

BME states onboarding within 24 hours and an administrative commission of 3–8%, depending on volume and client terms. There is no minimum or maximum number of assignments. International projects remain subject to applicable sanctions and restrictions, including those relevant to BME in Europe. Work starts under the agreed dossier and approvals; the onboarding statement is not a universal assignment-start guarantee.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Your practical questions.

Is administrative support the same as employment-based portage or payroll?

No automatic equivalence should be assumed. At Talents, it describes administration of independent purchases within commercial coordination. French portage salarial, UK umbrella employment and US payroll or employer-of-record services are different arrangements with their own responsibilities. Compare contracting parties, the provider’s actual status and the obligations agreed. The word portage or a common supplier invoice does not make those models identical or determine legal classification.

What should we prepare first?

Describe the assignment, deliverables, selected provider, legal structure and countries. Add preferred date, client entity, actual work location and known order or invoice process. Initial information opens commercial discussion with BME. Full agreements and further evidence are requested separately where needed. Keep the public summary non-confidential; the enquiry does not authorise work, automatically accept proposed conditions or resolve relevant local status questions.

Can several providers share the process?

Yes. Present several assignments and disciplines without a minimum or maximum number. Connect each provider with services and approvals to prepare the common process. The coordinated supplier relationship retains assignment-level detail. Volume and client conditions contribute to the administrative commission agreed in the proposal. Country-specific documentation and responsibility can differ between specialists and should not be merged into one assumed global legal status.
